Hi, I’m Jane

As a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist (Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis) with a background in Psychology and Counselling, I’m passionate about helping people like you overcome challenges, discover your potential, and create lasting, positive changes in life.

At the beginning of my journey, I studied a degree in Psychology with Counselling. However, I was drawn to hypnotherapy for its ability to help clients reach their desired state much quicker, unlike counselling which can take much longer, as well as offer takeaway techniques to help them navigate through any issues or uncomfortable feelings they may experience in their life.
